Teken een gesloten figuur in het diagram door de puntjes met elkaar te verbinden. De getekende lijn mag zichzelf nergens raken, ook niet diagonaal. De cijfers geven aan hoeveel lijnstukken er direct naast, onder of boven dat cijfer komen te staan. Binnen de figuur zijn precies zestig vakjes. In die vakjes komen de twaalf penta’s te liggen. Aangrenzende penta’s raken elkaar in één vakje. Op geen enkele plek grenzen drie of meer penta’s aan elkaar.
